Agent profiles on Pikit are compiled from publicly available MLS data, user-submitted information, and third-party data sources. Pikit strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all agent information is complete or current. Agents may claim and update their profiles at any time.
Transaction history displayed on the Platform is sourced from MLS records and is subject to the accuracy of those records. Pikit does not independently verify every transaction.
Certain data on the Platform is provided by Multiple Listing Services (MLS) through Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs. This data is intended for the personal, non-commercial use of consumers and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. MLS data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
Pikit uses artificial intelligence to match buyers and sellers with agents based on verified data, specialties, and user preferences. AI-generated matches are recommendations, not endorsements. We do not guarantee the quality, performance, or suitability of any matched agent. Users should conduct their own due diligence before entering into any real estate relationship.
Pikit is a technology platform, not a real estate brokerage, lender, or advisory service. Nothing on the Platform constitutes real estate, legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, including lender pre-qualification tools. These are provided for convenience and are not operated or controlled by Pikit. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
All content, design, code, and branding on the Platform are the property of Pikit.ai, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikit.ai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina.
